How do we ensure the models we use and the preclinical studies we conduct in neurological and psychiatric research are clinically relevant? How important is it that the biological mechanisms studied are evolutionary conserved? Positions on these and related questions developed by the PREMOS cluster working group will be discussed with a wider community during the stakeholder meeting on Friday, April 1st, 2022.
The primary objective of the PREDICTIVE MODEL SYSTEMS (PREMOS) cluster is to enhance the alignment of EU disease model development resources and preclinical research expertise with clinical and brain research community needs across academia and industry.
